The fall 2025 issue of the JOT will focus on ocean technologies related to maritime security. Potential topics include military and defence; port security; cybersecurity; energy security; how technology is advancing in this ocean space; and similar. We invite the submission of peer-reviewed technical papers, essays, and short articles for this issue.

All papers, essays, and short articles are published online in open access format – making them accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world.
